At Baby Monitor Pro, customer satisfaction is our priority. We strive to ensure that every purchase meets your expectations. If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, we’re here to help! This policy outlines the process, conditions, and timeframes for product returns and refunds.

1. Eligibility for Returns

To be eligible for a return, the following conditions must be met:

  • The product must be returned within 30 days of receipt.
  • The product must be in its original condition, unused, and in the original packaging, with all accessories, manuals, and tags attached.
  • A valid proof of purchase (such as an order confirmation or receipt) must be provided.

Products not in their original condition, damaged, or missing parts (due to reasons not related to our error) may not be eligible for a full refund.

2. How to Initiate a Return

To initiate a return:

  • Please provide your order number, a brief reason for the return, and any relevant photos (if applicable).

Our customer service team will respond within 1-2 business days with instructions on how to proceed, including the return shipping address.

3. Return Shipping

  • Customer Responsibility: The customer is responsible for return shipping costs unless the return is due to a defect or error on our part (e.g., wrong item shipped or damaged upon arrival).
  • Return Label: For eligible returns, we may provide a prepaid return label. If you use our label, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund amount.
  • Shipping Carrier: We recommend using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance for returns, as we cannot guarantee receipt of your returned item.

4. Refund Process

Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we will notify you via email regarding the approval or rejection of your refund. Refunds will be processed within 7-10 business days after receiving the returned item.

  • Approved Refunds: If approved, the refund will be credited to your original payment method.
  • Partial Refunds: In cases where an item is returned in a condition that does not meet our eligibility criteria (e.g., item is used or missing parts), a partial refund may be issued at our discretion.
  • Non-Refundable Fees: Original shipping fees are non-refundable, except in cases where the return is due to a product defect or error on our part.

5. Exchanges

We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange a defective product for the same item, please contact us at efraimidis.christos@gmail.com within 30 days of receiving your item. Exchanges are subject to product availability.

6. Exceptions and Non-Returnable Items

Certain items cannot be returned, including:

  • Gift cards
  • Items purchased through third-party retailers
  • Products that have been customized, altered, or personalized

7. Refunds for Promotional or Discounted Items

Refunds for items purchased during sales, promotions, or with discount codes will be calculated based on the promotional price paid at checkout.

8. Defective or Damaged Items
